CONTEXT

The GPT group is one of Australia’s largest diversified property groups and a top 50 ASX listed company by market capitalisation. GPT owns and manages a $24.8 billion portfolio of retail, office and logistics property assets across Australia.

Operating as a contractor I was bought in for several months to help them design collateral for a range of upcoming initiatives. Using their existing guidelines and a directive from their marketing liaison to 'respect the guidelines, but take the collateral in a fresh direction', I created a number of assets for them from the ground up. These included but were not limited to a corporate profile and proposal template, as well as a suite of printed and digital materials for various promotions they were running across a number of their properties interstate.
